Insurance 
We accept all insurance plans, except an HMO.  Dr. Carrie is a Delta Premier provider.  Because we are a CareCredit® provider, we can offer up to 12 months with 0% interest for your out-of-pocket expenses. Please apply for CareCredit® here

We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have concerning your insurance and financing.  

We invite you to come in to see us as a dental patient, even if you are not in-network with your dental plan.  Most insurance companies pay nearly 100% of the routine visit.  

As a courtesy, we can submit a pre-authorization to your carrier to help determine your benefits.

We believe our dental work is exceptional, and therfore, only use the finest materials and dental labs available.  After all, your smile is our calling card! 
 
Payment Information
We offer third-party financing with a company called CareCredit.  This plan offers many payment programs, and we can work together to find one that best suits your needs.
