FINANCIAL POLICY

Insurance
We accept all insurance plans, except HMO. Dr. Carrie is a Delta Premier provider. Because we are a CareCredit® provider, we can offer up to 12 months with 0% interest for your out-of-pocket expenses.

Even if we are not in-network with your dental plan, you are still invited to come in to see us as a dental patient. As a courtesy, we can submit a pre-authorization to your carrier to help determine your benefits. Most insurance companies pay nearly 100% of the routine visit.

Payment Plans
We accept CareCredit, Visa, Mastercard, cash and check. We also offer third party financing through CareCredit. This plan offers many payment programs, including up to 12 months with 0% interest, and we will be happy to assist you in finding the plan that best suits your needs.
