Q.  What is Invisalign?
A.  Invisalign is the clear way to straighten your teeth.  They are removable, comfortable, clear aligners that are changed  every two weeks until your treatment is complete.  There are no braces or brackets involved.  Treatment time is much shorter that traditonal braces.  If you look real close, you may notice that Dr. Carrie and many of her dental team are wearing them!  It is a fantastic way to straighten your smile, without anyone noticing that you are wearing braces. 

We are offering FREE  Invisalign records, call today to schedule your no obligation appointment.  If you accept your case, you will receive a special gift of free teeth whitening! 

Many dental plans now include Adult Orthodontic benefits.  
 
Q.  Do you accept my insurance?
A. 

We accept all insurance plans, except an HMO.  Dr. Carrie is a  Delta Premier provider.  Because we are a CareCredit provider, we can offer up to 12 months with 0% interest for your "out of pocket expenses."  

We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have concerning your insurance and financing.     

 
Q.  What if you are not in-network with my dental plan?
A. 

You are still invited to come in to see us as a dental patient.  Most insurance companies pay nearly 100% of the routine visit.  

As a courtesy, we can submit a pre-authorization to your carrier to help determine your benefits.

We feel that our dental work is exceptional, and therfore, only use the finest materials and dental labs available.  After all, your smile is our calling card! 

 
Q.  Do you offer a payment plan for services?
A. 

We do offer third party financing with a company called CareCredit.  This plan offers many payment programs, even up to 12 months with 0% interest.  We can work together to find the one that best suits your needs.
 
Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?
A. 

We accept CareCredit, Visa, Mastercard, cash and check..
 
Q.  Will my teeth be sensitive after I have the Zoom! whitening?
A. 

All patients respond differently to the Zoom! whitening system.  After your procedure, you may experience slight "zingers"  within the first 24 hours after your visit.  We use a fluoride treatment at the time of service which usually helps with any sensitivity.  The Zoom! procedure will take a little over an hour to achieve a bright, beautiful smile.
